What is an Omelette

An omelette is a culinary dish primarily made from beaten eggs that are cooked until set, often folded around various fillings.

The preparation of an omelette typically begins with whisking eggs, which can be seasoned with salt and pepper, and then pouring the mixture into a heated, greased skillet.

As the eggs begin to cook, they can be gently stirred to create a soft texture, and once they are partially set, a variety of ingredients such as cheese, vegetables, meats, or herbs can be added.
