Some times a big meal is exactly what you don't want , on a hot day or before exercising. But you are still in the mood for food .
This is where a good old snack comes in to play. I think of a snack as something that is going to tie you over until you have time for a proper meal. Or sometimes a snack is going to be enough. It depends how you think about a snack but anything could be one, a Pizza , Cheese on Toast or a bowl of soup.
Snacks are great on those hot summer days as well , a big filling meal is something you are going to want to avoid when it is hot.
