Ingredients : 
  • 4 oz of Plain Flour
  • 25 ml Of Olive Oil
  • 50 ml Cold Water
  • 125 ml Of Larger or Carbonated Water
  • A Pinch of Salt

Method : 
  • Put the flour into a Mixing B owl.
  • Add the Salt.
  • Mix in the Olive Oil , Beer and water so that you get a nice thick batter.
  • Beat well with a fork or whisk to get the batter light and full of bubbles..

This Batter is Perfect for Fish, Crispy Chicken, Fritters, Sausage etc.... It it nice and crispy.....
