Who am I ?:

My name is Jonathan Noble and I have been a professional chef for going on 30 years. 

I have worked in many different establishments from local pubs to high end restaurants. I am no longer working in the catering industry due to family commitments. 

I have created this Online catering company to not only showcase my food but to give people an insight into the world of cooking. This is like an adventure I guess , an adventure into food. 

I am creating a web based environment which caters for all , from the beginner to the expert , I just hope everybody will get something from 'COWBRIDGE KITCHEN '
